All About Me

Hi, my name is Rosie and I'm the Baker behind Buns Out Baking. I started baking back in 2018 for my family's farm shop, just as a hobby, and found that I really enjoyed it. 

Along comes 2019 and I decided to quit my full time job, move back in with my parents and head back to college to turn my hobby into a career. I studied at Reaseheath college for a diploma in Professional Bakery. Unfortunately covid hit a few months before I was due to finish so I graduated my course after studying from home. To help support myself, Matt (my husband) and our little pup Milo, I decided to go back to the family farm and work full time as well as baking on the side.

Lockdown was the hardest, craziest time of my life but it completely changed everything. Since I wasn't making any celebration cakes, I started sending brownies through the post for peoples loved ones, and it saved my little business. Since that point I have been working so hard to keep it growing. I recently took the leap and quit my day job (again) so that I can now bake every day and make as many delicious bakes for you as I can, so watch this space for all new creations and tempting treats.
